● 1. Agreement to these terms

By browsing Togmart, creating an account, placing an order, or using a store feature, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and the related Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

● 2. Lawful and responsible use

You must use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not interfere with the website, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy protected content, misuse promotions, submit false information, abuse support channels, or use the store for fraud or other unlawful activity.

● 3. Accounts and customer information

If an account is available, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for the accuracy of information submitted through the account or checkout. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without authorisation.

● 4. Product information

We work to keep product names, descriptions, images, stock information, specifications, and prices accurate. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, packaging changes, supplier updates, or product availability. If a material error is identified, we may contact you before processing or may cancel and refund an affected order.

● 5. Prices and AED currency

Customer-facing prices, fees, discounts, and refunds are displayed in AED unless another currency is clearly shown. Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, or usage limits. A discount code is not guaranteed to apply unless the checkout confirms it.

● 6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is subject to product availability, accurate information, delivery serviceability, payment approval, fraud checks, and confirmation by Togmart. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment is not approved, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

● 7. Payment and checkout

Payment is processed through the checkout methods displayed on the store. You authorise the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. Do not send card numbers or banking credentials to Togmart through chat or email.

● 8. Delivery and returns

Delivery estimates and service areas are described in the Shipping Policy. Eligible returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, including the usual 7-calendar-day request period and the AED 5 standard return handling fee where applicable.

● 9. Intellectual property

The Togmart name, logo, branding, website design, text, graphics, images, code, and other content belong to Togmart or its licensors. You may view the content for personal shopping use, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

● 10. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, message, or other content, you confirm that it is your own content or that you have permission to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, confidential, discriminatory, misleading, or third-party personal information. We may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements.

● 11. Disclaimers and liability

The website and product information are provided for ordinary retail use and may occasionally be unavailable or require correction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Togmart is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse of the website, delays outside reasonable control, or use of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

● 12. Changes and contact

● 13. Electronic communications and records

When you use the store or contact Togmart electronically, you agree that communications may be sent electronically, subject to applicable requirements. Order confirmations, support messages, delivery updates, and policy notices may be retained as business records.

You should review order details promptly and contact us if information appears incorrect. We may ask for reasonable information to verify an order or resolve a dispute.
